I recently received a link from Brendan Bouchard to a wonderful video featuring Dr. Daniel Amen, the author of Use Your Brain to Change Your Age: Secrets to Look, Feel, and Think Younger Every Day (Available on Amazon.com).
The overall video is about an hour and a half long, which would usually turn me off since I have so much to do and little time to get things done, but I’m glad I took the time to watch it. I found it facinating to see the “things to avoid if you want to maintain a healthy brain”. Some of them are obvious but some of them you might not have thought about. Dr. Amen’s experience having studied thousands of brain scans lends loads of credibility to his suggestions.
